We’ve did it again

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the Jannersee Triathlon in Lauterach celebrated its 31st edition. For our 12 relay runners, the motto was once again:

SWIM like the boat sunk
BIKE like you stole it
RUN for your life

The race began with a refreshing 400 m swim in the Jannersee, followed by 16 km of cycling and, as the grand finale, a 4 km run through the Lauterach Ried.

This year, the weather once again showed its best side and our four teams started highly motivated. Along the course, there was a fantastic atmosphere – with countless spectators cheering on the athletes.

Our fastest team crossed the finish line in an excellent time of 50:52 minutes – one second faster than last year – securing 10th place in the overall ranking.

After a well-deserved refreshment in the party tent, new energy was gathered, and at the subsequent after-race party, all the exertion was quickly forgotten.

Conclusion: A wonderful sporting event, perfectly organized and filled with great memories – we are already looking forward to the next round!
