Vorarlberg Future Day at LCS – the next generation has taken over

On 25 June 2026, we opened our doors to seven curious young talents – and they didn’t need to be asked twice.

After a brief company introduction, it was straight into the departments. Theory was yesterday: the kids got stuck in themselves – inspecting round slings, building the mini QXcrane, setting their first weld and supporting assembly.

At the end of the day, there were LCS goodies, a certificate of participation – and plenty of impressions to take home. Who knows: maybe we’ll see each other again in a few years. This time with a employment contract.
