Special winch for a testing facility

Special winch with up to 1,790 kW for a testing facility in Germany.

• LCS designed and manufactured a special winch for the testing facility of the “Rosen Technologie- und Forschungszentrum” in Lingen, Germany. The special developed winch was equipped with a diesel-hydraulic power transmission with 1,200 HP. It is characterised by a high tensile force at simultaneously high speed and acceleration. Furthermore, the winch is equipped with a separate automatic mode and a special data log for recordings for customer testing purposes. In addition, it can be extended with an additional 1,200 HP (895 kW) power unit to reach the maximum speed at the maximum tensile force.
